Kobolds don’t normally make it all the way out to Northallow. Then again, Gakpra isn’t a very normal kobold.
He cuts an imposing figure in his white furs and heavy horns. He stands hardly four feet tall, but has no problem eyeing down even the hugest, hulking humans. His loud boasting and rude mannerisms are only tolerated because of his frivolous spending habits. He regularly stands on tables and bars, buying rounds of drinks for strangers. He claims he gets his money from fortune-telling, but no one has yet admitted to hiring him.
Lately, he has been much quieter. His wild chanting and shouting given way to distracted mutterings. Curious, eavesdropping patrons seem to agree he keeps mentioning the goblin caves in the mountains and a mysterious ruby idol.
